Corso Ricorso is a catalog with Essays by Lilly Wei and Elisabetta Longari accompanying the exhibition which took place in Italy and Germany in 2008 and 2009. The theme of Corso Ricorso is the brushstroke and its multiple returns, echoing the artist’s continuing home-coming to Europe. Of this Marthe says,“Repetition of the stroke gives the work life and breath, opening the space of painting against the banality of mastery, aiming instead for the body’s truth, with the accidents of my own reach and touch.”
